We are looking for a media and data superstar to work on some of the coolest brands on earth. Following a recent internal promotion, we have a unique opportunity for a Media and Consumer Data Director to join Mars Wrigley.

As a senior associate and part of the Marketing Leadership team, we are looking for a daring and engaging leader with a deep of understanding in the fields of data strategy, media strategy and planning andconsumer journeys. As part of a high performing, highly engaged team you will manage external partners and internal stakeholders both locally and globally to develop world class programs.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive (8+ years) digital, data and media experience required – either in Agency or Client side.
  • Solid understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and data.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies over 2-3 year period
  • Ability to navigate complex cross functional environments and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree in a relevant or transferrable area of experience.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Media Planning & Measurement: Work closely with Media & Communications agencies to develop Portfolio Media Approach and a best-in-class approach to campaign planning and execution.
  • Data Strategy: Collaborating both Globally and Locally, you will develop the data sourcing and acquisition strategy to develop a single consumer view. You will also act as the product owner of Marketing On Demand Data and Analytics projects such as media mix, modelling, attribution, uplift studies, etc.
  • External Relationships: Own Media and Digital Agency relationship, ensuring strong partnerships, opportunities, performance and utilisation of technology.
  • Capability: Communicate future trends and tactics and contribute to the broader marketing capability plan to position and continue to evolve MW as a best-in-class leader in data driven marketing.
