About Us Specialized Tilt Tray and Towing Services is a leading provider of towing and specialized transport solutions. Job Responsibilities

  • Google Optimization and Website Maintenance: Implement SEO strategies to improve our online visibility and maintain our website to ensure it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and enhance customer engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content (graphics, videos, written posts) tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Industry Monitoring: Keep an eye on social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to target specific audiences.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Use social media analytics tools to track and optimize performance, reporting on key metrics regularly.
  • Support and Report: Support and report directly to the General Manager, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • SEO and Web Skills: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with website maintenance.
  • Experience: Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
