Insignia Financial is building a world-class cyber security team, and we're looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as an Associate Cyber Security Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our General Manager of Cyber Security, gaining valuable insights and experience across the entire cyber security landscape. The opportunity to join our team
Join our team as an Associate Cyber Security Analyst, a pivotal entry-level position offering a unique blend of business acumen and exposure to the dynamic field of cyber security. As an Associate Cyber Security Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the entire Cyber Security team, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to our organisation's security capability. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Assist in vendor communication and procurement processes for practical exposure
- Stay updated on cyber security trends and best practices for ongoing skill development
- Maintain and update cyber security knowledge bases, documentation repositories, and process guides to enhance operational efficiency
- Support cyber security audits and compliance initiatives for regulatory adherence

What you will bring
We are seeking an organised and adaptable candidate who is eager to expand their skills in this dynamic field of cyber Key qualities needed to succeed in this role include:
- Tech Savviness: While not deeply technical, you should have a good grasp of cyber security concepts and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Team Player Mindset: Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team environment and dedicated to supporting the success of others
While specific education in Cyber Security or related fields is great, we welcome candidates with relevant experience or equivalent certifications.
