Digital Project Manager

An exciting opportunity for a digital project manager has come about within a customer experience focused program with our client; a leading iconic Aussie brand. The role will be a key part of a digital transformation of a high traffic customer website. The role will oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
This role is a day rate contract at $1000.00 inclusive of Super per day based in Sydney hybrid 2-3 days in the office. It is a 6 Month contract to start off, with potential for contract extension to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules, risk management plans, and related project management artifacts.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear direction and leadership to project management streams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and change management strategies.
- Manage project finances and resources effectively, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and deliver project reports for senior management and client organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage knowledge and enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and management system policies.
Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in project delivery roles, preferably within large enterprises and digital product environments.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and scheduling techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to mobilize teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and technical proficiency, particularly in CMS platforms (ideally Adobe) and cloud migration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology and project management qualification and Agile certification ideal.
