Industrial Relations Specialist

TheOpportunity
You will:
- Manage moderate to highly complex industrial relations and employee relations-related matters and investigations. This could include performance management, formal investigations, employee complaints, attending the commission etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Employment Relations frameworks, legislation, precedents and practice to identify and escalate potential impacts, opportunities and risks.
- Support negotiations for our new Entreprise Agreement and provide employment relations advise on oher matters.
AboutYou
To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring:
- Industrial Relations experience as aLawyer in practice or in-house or in a dedicated IR/ER leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of employmentrelations legislation and frameworks and contemporary practice
Stakeholder management, influencingcapability and the ability to build strong relationships across multiplestakeholders and levels in an organisation - Strong critical thinking skills withpractical experience in complex matrix organisation
- Experience in complex industrialenvironments, case management and, dispute resolution
This is a full time position based onsite in North Ryde headoffice.
