The Opportunity
The purpose of the Customer Master Data Administrator is to be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the customer master data inside Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) & JDE Software contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support during the onboarding of the customer, as well as ensuring any changes to master data are performed in a tightly controlled manner.
- Ensure Salesforce, VRP & JDE databases integrity by effectively managing quality control.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.
- Support administration managers and supervisors to drive change through the business with the use of technology solutions and training.
- Ensure the customer master data reflects accurately the customer's needs and requirements.
- Develop positive working relationships with other support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Set up and activate new customer accounts with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Assist in the training of customer service and sales teams to ensure understanding and compliance to master data templates.
About You
- Previous experience involving master data management in an ERP environment.
- Proven ability to maintain and enhance positive stakeholder relationships.
- Salesforce (preferred)/Customer Relationship Management experience or knowledge.
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite of products.
- Sound knowledge of VRP &/or JDE.
- Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
