30th April, 2024Join St. Basils:
- Work 8:30-4:30 or 9:00-5:00 - Monday to Friday. No out of hours or weekend work required.

- No 4b/4a massages, no ACFI funding maximisation
- Work autonomously and direct your own time based on where you feel you can do the most good
- Work with a consistent group of motivated residents and build lasting relationships
- Salary based on experience

- Focus on promoting healthy ageing and good resident outcomes - not just pain management
- Conduct initial assessment of residents and develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide clinical physiotherapy services (including rehabilitation, exercise, HEP's, pain management, re-enablement, ect) for residents as required
- Regularly comprehensively review residents
- Work with the clinical team to reduce falls
- Shape clinical services at the site
- Work with residents, their families and other stakeholders to improve resident outcomes
- Deliver resident care in accordance with current professional and ethical standards, evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning and relevant legislation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the Australian Health and Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply)
- Covid and seasonal influenza vaccination status to be provided
