the Role:As the Clinical Lead you will utilise clinical and recovery orientated mental health expertise to ensure program outcomes are achieved. The role provides clinical coordination, clinical oversight, clinical and operational supervision and delivery of services. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate allocation of resources to clients seen by relevant services. The role liaises with stakeholders and referrers, supports the planning, development, implementation and review of policies and processes to enhance service delivery. Please see the position description linked above for my details.Experience Requirements:Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;Minimum of five (5) years clinical practice in mental health treatment and care, preferably providing therapeutic treatment and/or case management and supportProven experience at a senior clinical level within the area of mental health service deliveryExperience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperationDemonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations.Experience working across a range of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and ensuring program implementation in line with funding requirements and contractsQualifications and Other Requirements:Current registration with one of the following bodies:
Social Workers – Registered member of the AASW and having AASW Mental Health AccreditationPsychologists – Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Registered Nurses – Registered with the Australian College of Mental Health NursesOccupational Therapists – Registered with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists and AHPRA
