Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an Organisational Development Systems Lead to work within our People & Culture Department on a fixed term full time basis until December 2025.
This role is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the HRIS and LMS system.
As the 1st level support, your role includes:
- Liaising with user groups, external suppliers on system related issues and updates.
- Responding to employee enquiries and escalate when required.
- Provide coaching support to managers and employees on how to use the HRIS system effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of system data, audits & analytics.
- Providing input to training program content.
About You
- Experience in a similar role where you have worked autonomously to ensure the delivery and maintenance of the HRIS system.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership will all level managers and staff.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to critically analyse issues and develop and implement effective solutions.
