Our client is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate to join their team in Sydney.
This role will require you to take day-to-day responsibility for more straightforward matters and actively progress complex matters with close partner support. You will need to be effective in forming relationships with clients so you can assist them in arriving at practical and cost-effective solutions.
About You
To be successful in this Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate role you will have:
- Restructuring and insolvency experience with an ability to contribute to professional development.
- Have effective communication skills so to understand client's needs and how best to meet them.
- The ability to identify when a team member needs support and will be approachable for advice, giving constructive feedback.
- An understanding of the way our business, competitors and clients are developing, to inform the business development team.
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
