KYC & Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:
Perform KYC/KYB checks, including Enhanced Due Diligence, which we would need to perform on a 24/7 basis (so you may need to work night or weekend shifts on some days)
Perform transaction monitoring
Carry our PEP, sanctions and background checks
Ensure compliance with AML laws and sanctions
Help with trade operations requiring approval from the Compliance Department
Requirements:
Strong professional experience in the field of AML Compliance
Good understanding of customer verification procedures
Ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way
Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Understand cryptocurrencies well
Able to multitask and can be flexible with different work hours on different days
