Marketing & Design Coordinator (Dayshift, WFH)

Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, digital ads, and print materials.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- Digitally alter images in Photoshop to assist the sales team.
- Managing and updating the company website and digital platforms with engaging content.
- Support digital marketing efforts by designing landing pages, web graphics, and other online assets to optimize user experience and drive conversions.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of marketing collateral for easy accessibility and reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to inform and improve marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns and design initiatives to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing or communications environment. Effective written and verbal communication skillsA high level of attention to detail. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with web design and familiarity with WordPress platform is a plusProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design toolsProficiency in using various social media platforms and MS Office applicationsKnowledge of SEO principles and best practices is an advantage. The ability to spot marketing trends and analyze data. Adaptable and with great organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Demonstrated social media and digital marketing experience.
