Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join our Australian team. You'll primarily be based in our Sydney offices for at least 2-3 days a week with interstate travel. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our global operations.

What You’ll Do

  • You manage the day-to-day running of our corporate accounts, working closely with our clients you’ll be the face of our business managing relationships and providing them with metrics on their spending and usage
  • You’ll respond to RFP’s to bring new clients into Gray Dawes
  • You'll present Gray Dawes as required at industry, supplier or client events and help build and promote Gray Dawes in Australia
  • You’ll work closely with our teams to make sure that new clients are allocated correctly and handle any issues that are raised by our clients
  • You’ll help with providing training on our online systems and provide weekly updates to our teams on your activity
  • You’ll keep an eye on market trends and keep us up to date with changes in the industry

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ll have previous experience of working within the Australian corporate travel market
  • You’ll be a confident communicator, happy to carry out public speaking and be skilled at carrying out presentations
  • You’ll have great attention to detail with a thorough knowledge of using MS Office
  • You’ll be great with numbers, able to compile analytical data for our clients
  • You’ll be happy to travel interstate and overseas as required
