This role is responsible for providing administrative support across the Travel Nurse Team, ensuring successful delivery on administrative support across national placements of Nurses within the Travel Nurse business
Key responsibilities include:
- Double check all national recruitment documentation for each candidate, advising Consultant of gaps in recruitment documentation
- Check & upload all documentation to the Travel Nurse database and corresponding candidate files. This includes but not limited to placement documentation, travel, compliance & recruitment documentation
- Attend to phone calls and monitor voicemails
- Review and action applicable Travel Nurse tasks/projects as directed by Travel Nurse Manager
- Assist consultant with candidate travel bookings
- Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies and procedures.
- Actively identify, develop and implement business process improvements and efficiencies within your area
- Assist with reference checks
- Provide advertising & social media support where required.

- Proven ability to work within the required deadlines with sound time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to maintain professional presentation
- Demonstrated effective communication and team work skills
