Project Manager, National Disability Data Asset | Full-time Temporary

- Someone to lead the National Disability Data Asset (NDDA) engagement across ACT Government with business areas who are providing data to the ANDII and NDDA,
- Oversee engagement to seek legal advice on creation of pathways for data sharing,
- Provide Secretariat support for the NDDA Intergovernmental Working Group
- Represent the ACT in National forums, attend working groups for the ANDII and NDDA which bring together Commonwealth, State and Territory leaders,
- Drive the utilization of the ANDII and NDDA within ACT Government, identifying and evaluating potential opportunities for analytical purposes
- Prepare correspondence to requests for approvals, feedback on documents and general ANDII and NDDA matters,
- Review Commonwealth documents to ensure that they appropriately address all ACT concerns, and adhere to the legal requirements of the ACT
- Provide general leadership with ownership and management of the operational delivery of the ANDII and NDDA with a focus on ensuring benefits for the ACT Government.
- Manage and report on project milestones, risks and issues, prepare reports, submissions and papers for senior stakeholders and the Executive.
Eligibility/Other requirements: What qualities do you need to have?
- Demonstrated high-level experience leading inter-jurisdictional projects and demonstrating effective management across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advanced skills and capabilities in building effective relationships and collaborative partnerships, communicating with ease and influence with a wide range of cross-functional and multi-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently display commitment to high quality customer service principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills; able to take complex information and present it clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Leadership experience to motivate teams towards common goals, while also supporting the Director in decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, and apply appropriate management methodologies, to achieve outcomes in the face of conflicting priorities and limited resourcing while also demonstrating adaptability to changing circumstances and multiple priorities and demands, resilience while managing a constantly changing environment.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
