We understand that great people make great agencies and right now we're looking for a great Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Simple, you will be hands-on in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to meet diverse client briefs, from cost-effective lead generation, through to large scale brand awareness campaigns for major household names.

Specifically, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who:

  • is Google Certified, with hands-on experience setting up, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across a range of budget levels
  • is experienced using Facebook Business Manager to manage highly targeted and effective social media marketing campaigns
  • has experience running campaigns across a growing number of other platforms, including LinkedIn, Spotify and the list goes on
  • has a deep understanding of digital analytics and tracking (including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Facebook Pixel)
  • can write effective and compelling copy for digital ads
  • can efficiently produce meaningful, plain language digital strategies and campaign reports with data-driven recommendations
  • is a natural communicator, able to translate technical jargon to plain language and back again
  • can identify new opportunities with clients and within the agency
