As a leading beverage manufacturer in the Oceania market, Frucor Suntory has a rich 60-year history, growing from a local juice company to a trans-Tasman beverage leader, known for its iconic range of drinks including V Energy and Suntory BOSS Coffee.
United by Suntory’s Yatte Minahare spirit, the permission to dream big and the determination to make it a reality, we’re embarking on a new chapter of growth, as we partner with Beam Suntory to create Suntory Oceania, a new multi-beverage powerhouse across Australia and New Zealand. Underpinned by our diverse talent, market-leading brands, quality craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose as partners we will create Oceania’s fourth largest beverage player with over $3bn in retail sales.
With an inspiring growth trajectory ahead, there has never been a better time to join the Suntory family. From mid-2025, we will own local manufacturing, sales, and distribution for our full portfolio of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages. By harnessing the best of Suntory from across Australia and New Zealand, we will offer a unique portfolio of over 40 market-leading brands – powered by two local manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians.
Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity.
The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Revenue Growth Management, you will be a key business partner to the sales & finance leadership teams, responsible for developing and integrating our Strategic Revenue Management capabilities, providing critical support for portfolio strategy development and improved execution at the market level. This role will be leading decisions specifically for the Australian market with a focus on the Grocery channel.
This includes championing local Strategic Revenue Management engagement and best practices as a center of excellence for Pricing, Trade Investment and Mix capabilities and leading the pricing/promotion governance process including involvement in trading terms and discussions with our customers.

What’s in your toolkit?- Strong numerical and analytical skills – with the ability to link findings to organizational strategy and understand and plan for flow on impacts to commercial terms
- Strong commercial finance skillset with understanding of market pricing dynamics
- Excel and data warehouse/reporting tool skills, experience with Power BI preferred
- Exceptional business partnering & stakeholder management skills
