SIMPLEX advisory is an innovative company operating in the construction sector, located in Rosebery, NSW. We specialize in contract claims, time management, and pre-contract negotiation.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant at SIMPLEX advisory. The Consultant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including construction contract analysis / review and claim management. The role will be primarily located in Rosebery, NSW, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

  • Review technical documents
  • Analyse complex information and summarise it in a concise and well articulated way
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Attend meetings

Qualifications

Some knowledge and

  • experience in contract claims, time management, or pre-contract negotiation in the construction sector
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Law
  • Working knowledge of programming software such as MS project a plus but not required
