Position Title: Investment Property Consultant

Opportunity To Earn (OTE): $300,000+

Role Overview: 

As an Investment Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth by delivering tailored property solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining productive client relationships, participating in investment seminars, and cultivating strong partnerships with mortgage brokers and accountants to achieve mutual success.

About Kandeal:

Kandeal operates as a master agency with a network platform spanning Southeast QLD, Sydney, and Melbourne, overseeing 26 projects across three states.

This is a rare opportunity to join a Market-Leading Network Platform specialising in brand-new and off-the-plan sales for premium developments across Australia.

We require experienced Investment Property Consultants to join an incredible office culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and a positive atmosphere.

This position suits candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in investment property sales, exceptional time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the desire and drive to establish a long-term career. The successful candidates will be working from our Parramatta Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing client engagement throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to settlement.
  • Stay informed about company projects, services, and competitor offerings to facilitate detailed client comparisons.
  • Collaborate with network partners to generate client referrals and promote a strong sales and service culture with high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in property or real estate sales (required).
  • Experience in selling off-plan properties (highly regarded).
  • Must possess a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
  • Bilingual (highly regarded).

Please note that this is a full-time based position located in Parramatta. Remote work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from our Parramatta office.

Remuneration during the probation period will be commission only. After successfully passing probation your remuneration will be converted to a base + commission with the OTE $300,000 + per annum.
