Senior Property Manager – Be a team leader

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager wanting to make a career move and become a leader in my clients Property Management Department.   • A dedicated Leasing & New Business Manager
  • A dedicated Property Management Assistant to undertake Ingoings, Routines & Outgoing inspections (where required)
  • Mobile Phone
  • Ongoing training and mentorship from some of the very best in the industry
Some of the key pillars of responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Managing existing landlord and tenants in the portfolio
  • Lease renewals and maximising Investment Property Potential
  • Facilitate repairs & maintenance
  • Induct new tenants and landlords into our Property Management practices
  • Ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
  • Implement business and process improvements
