You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment with current and future property leaders. Located on site at one of their mixed-use precincts in Melbourne.

About the role
You will be working in a dynamic team alongside an experienced and passionate team, responsible for the management of an office and retail precinct, while gaining valuable experience to be part of an upcoming development. You will be supported by a dynamic, forward-thinking team including senior leadership, marketing, assistant property manager, facilities/operations, finance and legal departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the General and Asset Manager to develop asset plans and strategies
  • Execute asset plan for positioning, leasing, capital works and marketing strategies
  • In collaboration with the Operations team, deliver a capex budget and plan
  • Strategic input relating to the building quality, presentation, operational performance and impending leasing challenges
  • Provide exceptional service to customers
  • Participate in the strategic repositioning and redevelopment

About you

  • Current experience managing an office building or portoflio
  • Exceptional customer relationships
  • Property degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Yardi or similar
  • Work as part of a collaborative and social team
