We're thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Part-time Assistant Property Manager to be part of a premium commercial property located in the bustling heart of Sydney CBD.
You'll be joining a dynamic team committed to leading, overseeing, and implementing Investa's customer-focused property services. Additionally, this role offers operational support to the General Manager to ensure efficient performance and management of the Portfolio. You will implement customer centric property services in accordance with the management agreement in order to maximise operational performance of the portfolio as well as assisting the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing tenant engagement plan. Your strong attention to detail will be complemented by your ability to build effective internal and external relationships. It is essential you possess strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire and passion for the property industry, promote Investa and actively engage in industry bodies/events.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records and accurate and audit ready at all times
  • Liasing with tenants and feeding back to the team
  • Assisting Property Managers on inspections
  • Working closely with the marketing team
  • Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets
  • Work closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities
  • Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable
  • Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters
  • Assist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or Property
  • Strong customer service
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in administrative capacity in a corporate environment
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.
