Property and Procurement Manager

Plan, develop and manage property and procurement arrangements in line with Motorserve's business objectives working with key stakeholders.
03rd May, 2024We are looking for a Property & Procurement Manager to join our Motorserve team based in Alexandria.
- Develop, co-ordinate and lead sourcing activities to establish supply arrangements that meet the business needs.
- Plan and lead contract negotiations in the establishment and review of supply arrangements to deliver value for money procurement outcomes.
- Partner with staff from across the organization providing high level advice and guidance to build expertise in procurement, provide governance and improve procurement practice and outcomes.
- Oversee the administration of leases for Motorserve’s network of sites, in conjunction with the Operations Teams, Site Managers and IAG’s Leasing and Property Manager.
- Work with approved partner suppliers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, security requirements and property development for new and existing sites.

- Strong business acumen, negotiation and sound experience in managing supplier relationships
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Highly proficient communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant work experience in a property management, and/or procurement related role
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of oversight of property development including an understanding of legislative and planning frameworks
