Procurement Leader - Recruitment and Labour

This is a fantastic opportunity for a procurement professional to join a supportive and collaborative team at a leading Australian financial services company. You will play a key role in delivering procurement category management across the organisation, focusing on recruitment & labour hire, and IT software services.

Location: Brisbane OR Sydney location
Work Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: PB5 - max $162k package + bonus

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in procurement
  • Experience in large, complex organisations
  • Experience in centralised procurement environments
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results
  • Desired experience with recruitment and labour hire agreements
  • Ability to deliver quality outputs within tight timeframes using structured project management
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and changing environment
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category plans, sourcing strategies, and negotiation initiatives
  • Analyse market intelligence
  • Manage suppliers and contracts, conduct spend analysis, and identify sourcing and management opportunities
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business needs and benefits
  • Define supply models, align processes for efficiencies
  • Manage procurement relationships for Recruitment and Labour Hire services
