The Opportunity
As an Assistant Property Manager in the Office team at Dexus you will be responsible for contributing to a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability with Dexus and respective external property and facilities teams. You will be responsible for executing best in class property and facilities services across your assets. Partnering and collaborating with your team to achieve high outcomes.
You will make an impact by:
Demonstrating high level of customer service and building strong relationships, ensuring high level of customer service needs are met.
Arrears management and lease account management.
Continuous development of knowledge across building services and Real Estate market.
Work closely with Facilities Management team on delivery.
Assist with collating monthly reporting and cash flow budgets.
About You
Tertiary qualification in business, economics, property, finance, or related discipline is preferred.
2+ years’ experience in commercial property management.
Hold understanding of lease interpretation, lease administration and property finance principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Open communicator, collaborative and always wanting to excel and drive results.
