Accounts Payable Officer

Swift & Company Trade Group, is the international trading division of JBS Australia, that sources a full range of meat proteins and offal products, as well as by-products globally from JBS operations and independent suppliers. We provide procurement solutions, market access and peace of mind in over 40 countries.
About the Role:
- AP accruals
- Matching, correcting documentation and entering supplier invoices
- Daily AP payments processing
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Filing of AP documents
- Assist other Admin team members when required
- AR back-up
About You
- Diploma level Business/Accounting course would be beneficial
- Energetic self-starter
- Organisation skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability work in a timely manner and meet deadlines
