The Purpose:

The AP+ Workplace Services is responsible for the digital workplace of all 500+ global AP+ employees. We ensure that our colleagues can work safely with any device, wherever they are in the hybrid world. We deliver services vital to AP+’s business operations so you can make a tremendous impact when working for our team. We seek a seasoned engineer with expertise in (Microsoft) Security Services.

Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You are maintaining and improving our services as part of a cross-border squad of peers and customer journey experts. Employee satisfaction is key to us
  • SaaS vendors constantly release new features; you will help them keep up and preferably stay ahead with our feature requests.
  • You and your colleagues will develop future services, automate and simplify them, and make them more robust and secure.
  • We are a valued partner for many big suppliers, such as Microsoft, JAMF, and others.
  • We are core to the Australian domestic payments network, so we are highly regulated - we must be if we want to safeguard our clients’ data. This requires thorough administration and strong processes; can you automate these and make them less of a burden?
  • No day will be the same. We stimulate proactivity—you can choose your course for projects and other tasks whenever possible.
  • We provide a 24/7 global service. You will also share the team's responsibilities in solving 3rd line incidents on a rotation-based scheme and administering and participating in standby services.


We'd love to hear from you if have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing Windows and Apple devices, coupled with Microsoft 365 and JAMF.
  • IT experience with Microsoft 365 technology in an enterprise-level multinational organisation, including relevant certifications to show for it; this is both Microsoft 365 and security certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, etc.).
  • Understand the principles of outsourcing on operational, tactical, and strategic levels with end-to-end accountability of the WPS Services delivered across multiple external and internal parties.
  • Worked in highly regulated environments like financial institutions before.
  • You have excellent communication skills, can convey complex technical topics to various audiences and can manage stakeholders on all levels within the AP+ organisation to achieve your goals.
