Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing account manager to be responsible for managing clients online growth and performance across all channels, as well as optimising different marketing elements.

The role involves working directly with clients and colleagues for the strategic planning, coordinating, and implementing of campaigns. This will involve collaborating with different teams that specialise in website development and design, content production, mobile app development, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategise, coordinate and implement powerful marketing campaigns
  • Exemplary communication with clients regarding expectations, marketing performance, strategies and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop exceptional, results-oriented work.
  • Generate reports focused on core metrics like conversation optimisation, KPI performance and product and marketing features
  • Stay abreast with the latest developments, trends and strategies for different platforms
  • Ensuring that the client receives all deliverables

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Experienced in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, SEO, Google algorithms and other search related tools
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar
  • Client handling experience, both over the phone and face to face
  • Strong communication, project management and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills, who thrives in a fast paces environment
  • Digital Marketing Agency experience is highly regarded
