Your Role as Lead Engineer:
- Take the helm in critical decision-making for flagship applications, collaborating closely with start-up founders and an offshore team.
- Serve as a service leader and subject matter expert in engineering and emerging AI technologies, working directly with the CTO and engineering team to maximize team potential and value contribution.
- Utilize your strategic expertise to assess backend architecture, explore new methodologies, and guide teams towards elevating the platform and application ecosystem.
- Previous experience as a Senior .NET Engineer transitioning into roles like Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Development/Engineering/Technology Manager is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in software engineering, shaping processes, practices, and culture while leading the engineering roadmap.
- Research and introduce new frameworks, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Lead teams, uplift engineering practices, and collaborate with key software vendors.
- Mentor and manage other engineers, influencing decision-makers within the organization.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience with .Net
- Extensive experience in .NET Development and Architecture, with a focus on high-traffic and customer-focused environments.
- Previous success in Technical Lead / Engineering Manager roles
- Expertise in Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, and Best Practices
- Exposure to React.js, APIM, GraphQL,
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps/ GitOps.
- Strong experience in writing clean, testable code and driving high coverage in all areas.
