Join Cara, a leading provider of support services in the disability sector and directly impact the provision of outstanding client outcomes through the provision of innovative and enabling ICT systems and services.
You will lead the IT services function with a focus on:
- The provision of a stable and secure IT environment with highly responsive and effective user support and business engagement
- Developing the IT strategic plan and delivery of the road map in close collaboration with the executive team
- Overseeing the delivery plan for IT systems transformation focused on the successful implementation of a new client management (CRM) system, systems integration and the introduction of modern workplace collaboration and workflow tools
- Manage the security policies, procedures and implementation of cyber security controls into all ICT systems, ensuring stakeholder and system user awareness.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management and support of the ICT team, including recruitment, monitoring delivery against objectives, quality standards, personal development, coaching and appraisal
It is therefore envisaged your previous experience will include:
- Leading a team responsible for providing IT support services, across infrastructure and applications
- Ensuring the provision and application of appropriate cyber security controls
- Service management, including vendor management
- Project delivery and change management
