The Program Manager Disability Services, provides direction and accountability for an NDIS funded, Day Program for persons with a disability in the Client Services portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that strategic priorities and operational objectives are integrated and aligned in all planning activities and program goals.
Responsibilities
- Support, coach and assist their teams to effectively manage their direct reports.
- Developing, implementation and evaluating the range of programs within this portfolio.
- Maintain and further develop collaborative and effective relationships with stakeholders, peak industry bodies, volunteers, staff and clients.
- Provide effective leadership and management oversight for a dedicated team of professional staff in the delivery of high quality, evidence-based services.
- Drive program growth and development, including evaluation of the range of programs within this portfolio.
- Support strategic and operational planning.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client experience.
Requirements and Attributes
- Relevant tertiary qualification in disability, community services, or related field.
- Highly desirable - post graduate qualifications in Business, Health, or related field.
- Experience in disability service leadership and program management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to innovate and adapt in a changing environment.
