About Bohemia:
Bohemia was founded in 2011 to challenge the definition of media, and the function of a media agency. We do this by harnessing the power of media in all its forms to create profitable customer growth for our clients.
In 2017 we became a valued member of the M&C Saatchi Group family, and have gone from strength to strength since. It has been an exciting couple of years collaborating together, building a consistent culture and immersing ourselves in working with a mix of skills, personalities and cultures.
The Opportunity:
The Digital Manager is responsible for designing and delivering effective performance marketing programs that move people in a way that drives growth for our clients, managing and mentoring a team of skilled performance marketers and providing a memorable and positive experience for every client every day.
A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Take the lead in authoring & presenting Performance Recommendations and Blueprint plans, owning the work from brief right through to PCR's, developing learnings for future activity.
- Manage quality outputs in all documents and reporting and work within agreed internal & external timelines.
- Form a formidable partnership with your media & content skewed counterparts
- Ensure the media plans are accurate including correct budgets, fees and match keys.
- Manage optimal workflow by creating workback schedules to manage all internal and external deliverables.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders including publishers, platforms, technologies and data partners and demonstrate best in class behaviour in partner engagement.
- Manage budget and performance forecasts to ensure all targets are accurate & delivered.
- Ensure the team are trained and certified on every platform used by their clients.

Skills & Attributes:
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong understanding of the performance marketing industry and the media landscape and curious to evolve learningto keep up with new technologies and players in market.
- High level usage across key proprietary & industry tools to reinforce all responses.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of POSE channels and the role of media channels within the broader marketing efforts of clients.
Your ideal experience:
- Demonstrates solid hands-on performance marketing experience across various channels, including search, social, display, affiliates, and retargeting.
- Holds current media partner, platform, or technology certifications.
- Shows strength in performance channel marketing and develops solid recommendations guided by Bohemia's Handcrafted media process.
- Possesses strong experience with performance marketing technology across search, DSP, and ad-serving platforms, as well as analytics and measurement tools.
