About the role:
DBG is looking for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to assist in the ongoing development and delivery of business events and engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, the CEC will collaborate with the broader Commercial Team while supporting all internal and external stakeholders. To find success in this role you will be self-motivated, excellent with attention to detail and time management, and dedicated to providing a positive customer experience.
Role responsibilities:
- Assist with Conference strategy planning and objective setting
- Coordinate all event trade advertising and sponsorship requirements
- Assist with budget management
- Participate in post-event reporting; provide actionable insights for consistent improvement

Role responsibilities:

- Assist with budget management
- Participate in post-event reporting; provide actionable insights for consistent improvement
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in project planning and event coordination
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Effective at prioritising competing demands with strict timeframes
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate effectively with all employees; a personality chameleon
