This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced full time Client Services Assistant to join a strong and passionate team. As part of the Corporate Services team, the objectives of the Client Services team is to support the lawyers and staff to consolidate the Firm's position in the top tier.
Your Role
Reporting to the Client Services Lead and Client Services Team Leader, you will take a 'hands on' involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Collaboratively work with the Client Services team to understand the requirements for each day and ensure the seamless operation of the Client Floor
- Provide waiter service for formal dining, seminars, working lunches and canape events
- Ensure that boardrooms are setup and packed down according to specific requirements
- Provide excellent customer service, making every interaction with clients and colleagues a positive one
- Provide high quality beverage service by making and delivering barista coffee and other drinks
- Use key Client Services technology tools to manage workflows on the Client floor, including room booking systems (EMS), MS Teams and Outlook
- Collaboratively work with the Client Services team to understand event requirements
- Set up in room AV requirements, offer support and understand when to escalate (training will be provided).
- Understand and identify the importance of dietary requirements to ensure guest safety and deliver an exceptional dining experience
More about you
We are seeking applications from candidates who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a high quality experience to our clients. The successful candidate will also possess the following:
- At least three years of experience in hospitality, ideally with backgrounds in fine dining, banqueting, or corporate hospitality
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively
- An ability to remain calm under pressure and easily adapt to last minute changes
- Independence and resilience, especially under pressure
- Clear and concise communication abilities
- RSA Certification (or the willingness to obtain)
