What you do:

As a valued member of our performance marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing SEM accounts for various verticals within iSelect. Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day oversight of SEM activities across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and Search Ads 360. You'll leverage your hands-on implementation experience to ensure that accounts are meticulously set up to industry best practices and are continuously optimized to drive the required lead volume, revenue, and ROI targets on a monthly and yearly basis.

Working closely within a team of SEM Managers, each overseeing their respective vertical accounts, you'll contribute to a high-performing, data-driven culture aimed at driving continual improvement and enhancing overall business performance. Your ability to analyse and interpret key data points will be instrumental in identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

What you need:

  • 10 years + of SEM account management experience
  • Experience recently using SA360 – essential
  • Experience in businesses where SEM plays a significant role in revenue generation
  • Capable of hands-on account management and stakeholder management
  • Experience in health, utilities, insurance, or financial services sectors – desirable
  • Significant experience in optimizing SEM accounts using offline data sets through upload processes.
  • Strong SEM project/task management experience
  • Strong familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in SEM management tools including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Editor and CM360.
  • Use of Display and Video tools such as DV360
  • Use of project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Use of Social management tools such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Use of Native management tools such as Microsoft Audience network Outbrain, Taboola
  • Use of reporting suites such as Tableau
  • Use of Audience Management Tools (Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
