About the role 

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Supervise a large multi-disciplined lab based in a public hospital setting
  • Ensure results are released in the agreed turnaround times
  • Liaise with senior staff and Pathologists regarding abnormal and unusual results
  • Ensure all laboratory equipment is maintained

About you 

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:

  • Tertiary qualification in Medical Laboratory Science
  • At least 3 years in a senior laboratory role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative and is a problem solver
