Описание вакансии
Компания Kinross в лице АО ЧГГК приглашает кандидатов на вакансию Гланый инженер рудника для работы вахтовым методом на золотодобывающем предприятии в Чукотском Автономном Округе.

Численность рудника: около 1400 человек

Вахтовый график: 6 недель / 5 недель

Сфера ответственности
*Руководство разработкой мероприятий по реконструкции и модернизации рудника. *Разработка технических проектов и планов развития горных работ и контроль исполнения. *Руководство деятельностью служб рудника: горноспасательная служба, подземный участок, склад взрывчатых веществ *Участие в разработке комплексных планов улучшения условий ПБ и ОТ, санитарно-оздоровительных мероприятий, в повышении технического уровня и эффективности производств.
Образование и опыт
*Высшее горнотехническое образование, соответствующее профилю предприятия (подземная разработка рудных месторождений) *Опыт работы не менее 5 лет на руководящих инженерно-технических должностях на подземных рудниках (с подобными системами отработки месторождений по добыче золота/серебра/меди)
 

Навыки
*Знание методов проектирования всех видов технологических процессов подземных горных работ, норм и правил при проектировании и планировании всех видов горных работ; *Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office, AutoCad); *Ярко-выраженные лидерские качества, умение работать в команде; *Гибкость, готовность к изменениям, наличие опыта и стремления к рассмотрению и внедрению лучших практик (фокус на оптимизации, фин. эффективности при высоких объемах проходки, освоении «узких» жил); *Акцент на обеспечении безопасности производства (подтвержденные достижения); *Знание английского языка будет являться значимым преимуществом.
