About Us: Preach Nightclub is an exciting new venue set to redefine the nightlife scene in Perth. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our nightclub.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Preach Nightclub, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, increase foot traffic, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and plan events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to attract a diverse and vibrant crowd.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, health, and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to support operational needs.
  • Provide key reporting to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis, including performance metrics, financial results, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
  • Strong understanding of nightclub operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for operating a nightclub in Western Australia.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Passion for nightlife and a commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience.
