Weare currently seeking a passionate and professional RegionalManagers - Youth and Programs, to join our State Office ManagementTeam to support our Central Queensland Region. As Regional Manager,you will collaborate closely with QPS Senior Sergents and the StateOperations Manager to effectively implement PCYC's Social ImpactAction plan within your region. This position has theflexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs within your region(Rockhampton, Blackwater, Emeral, Gladstone, Mackay, Bowen orWhitsundays, subject to club availability). Your NewRole
TheRegional Manager will work collaboratively with Queensland PoliceService (QPS) Senior Sergeants to lead and manage teams to ensurethe region delivers the Social Impact Action Plans. A key focus ofthis role is to ensure program contractual outcomes are met whileleading a positive culture to build team capabilities. To besuccessful in this role, you will develop and articulate a clearstrategic vision for youth programs within your region, alignedwith organisational goals and community needs. AboutYou
- A relevanttertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significantexperience in the industry in lieu of aqualification.
- At least 3years’ experience in a similar role in youth andcommunity programs
- At least 2years’ experience in a leadership role
- Demonstratedability in contract management across government corporatecommunity entities.
- Ability to workwith Government stakeholders at a local and state level to addvalue to existing youth engagement strategies.
- Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills with demonstratedability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability totravel across the state as required
- Hold a currentunrestricted driver’s license.
