As Account Director you will be responsible for:

  • Independently running a key client patch which includes a number of household brands & category leading products. 
  • Stakeholder management – this role will be the key contact for a number of client stakeholders at different levels, as well as other agency partners. 
  • Running end-to-end campaign activity (planning, execution, monitoring, optimising and reporting) to achieve client goals. 
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all relevant media partners including liaising with publishers to set up and implement campaigns.
  • Evaluating media proposals against briefs and negotiating to maximise inclusions and value for the client.
  • Actively exploring the media landscape and evaluating new offerings.
  • Working with the team to coordinate the delivery of creative (with both internal and external agencies/clients) to ensure accurate and timely uploads for campaigns.
  • Working with the team to assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns including generating tags or passing on publisher tags for implementation.
  • Understanding current and future industry insights and trends.


What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising or media, ideally from tier 1 or independent agency.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the traditional and digital media and marketing landscape.
  • Experience with digital platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok), programmatic and video/display.
  • Experience working with direct publishers – traditional and digital. 
  • A passion for data analysis, deriving insights, and generating recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to oversee workflow processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
