Partner Experience Executive- 12-month contract

Your opportunity  

Curate and commercialise a high standard and seamless delivery of retail activation in the common mall

Reporting to the Retailer Partner Experience Manager, the Retail Partner Experience Executive will be required to;

  • Lead the delivery of retail activation in your allocated region, setting priorities and aligning goals across the key business units; AU/NZ RPX Team, BrandSpace Retail Sales & CX Teams.
  • Roll out and deliver key, high quality activations across the common mall;
  • Collaborate cross functionally with client and sales team to design, implement and deliver tailored activations;
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to ensure best practice is applied across the full field operations process;
  • Look to constantly implement initiatives to drive stakeholder engagement;
  • Identify and provide solutions for underperforming operators;
  • Assist in creating, managing and refining all site specific documentation;
  • Lead a high performance approach to ensure activations are delivered
  • Provide and share expert advice and guidance to resolve key challenges in common mall activation;
  • Work with all functions of the operations group to support day to day operations;
  • Engage regularly with centre teams and new partners to build and sustain collaborative working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders;

What will set you apart from the rest?  

  • Previous experience in an operations, events or retail role;
  • Analytical skills, with strong attention to detail;
  • Experience managing multiple activations and delivering results in an agile environment;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong project management skills preferred but not essential;
  • Customer and solution focused;
  • Excellent communication skills and experience selling concepts to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation;
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving;
  • Moderate Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
