Job Advertisement: Childcare Centre Director - Evanston
Are you passionate about early childhood education and leadership? Our childcare centre in Evanston is seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Director to join our team.
As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and leading a team of educators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the centre
- Lead and support a team of educators
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Develop and implement educational programs
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A passion for early childhood education
