Electrical Specialist

Boral Cement is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our day shift maintenance team based at Maldon.

Your day will involve:

  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks in an accurate and timely manner
  • Carry out / assist with repairs and upgrades to plant and equipment
  • Carry out wiring and equipment installations to Australian Standards and site requirements
  • Safely manage breakdowns and make necessary repairs to accepted site standards
  • Execute electrical related inspections and report accordingly

What are we looking for?

  • Electrical trade certificate/electrical supervisors license or relevant qualification
  • Experience in an industrial plant environment
  • Experience with Variable Speed Drives
  • Experience with Instruments

We have invested heavily in the development of Berrima’s alternative fuel project, to enable to the transition from coal to refuse derived fuels.
