The opportunity
Our Financial Planning team is responsible for delivering superior comprehensive advice to our members. The team takes pride in providing ethical and well thought out solutions in a purpose-driven environment, where our members interests, and financial wellbeing is paramount.
You’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to the team by scheduling member appointments, creating member files, ensuring member details are up to date in XPLAN and Salesforce, liaising with members to ensure paperwork has been completed, coordinating strategy presentation meetings and managing the implementation process.
What you'll bring
This is a great opportunity for an efficient coordinator with a strong administrative and customer centric background. Meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to thriving in this fast-paced role.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be a self-starter and have:
- Knowledge and experience in financial services or willingness to learn about superannuation products and services
- Confidence and professional telephone manner
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable with a resourceful approach
- Proficient ability to use Microsoft 365 applications, XPLAN and Salesforce
