About the Role: As an Educator you willcreate and maintain fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members. You will be required to record children’s progress, routines and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices. We are a purpose-built facility in the heart of Drouin, Victoria centrally located next to Drouin Primary School. Our studios are spacious and are filled with natural light. Here, children have the opportunity to learn through play with stimulating resources and materials where they can explore, experiment, discover and solve problems in imaginative and playful ways. Our team at Grant Street are passionate advocates for children. They are dedicated to providing a safe, joyful environment that nurtures relationships and each child’s holistic development as they move through their years at Sparrow. What you’ll need:
  • Certificate III or Diplomain Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
