ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you have a passion for connecting with people and building new relationships? Are you someone who loves all things sales? Would you like to work in a supportive and collaborative new business sales team? This could be the role for you.
At Custom Fleet, we offer a great base salary, incredibly generous bonus structure, a fully maintained company vehicle (EVs for the environmentally conscious), but most importantly we offer an inclusive environment where people genuinely want to help you win new business and see you succeed.
Duties will include (but not limited to) -
- Cultivating new business relationships, aligned to our Growth Strategy and product strike zone
- Originating, structuring, and closing new business opportunities
- Planning and executing lead generation practices and prospect engagement
- Completing strategic assessments of a prospect company's needs, preparation and presentation of specific sales and marketing collateral
- Coordinating and presenting formal tender responses (with the support of our amazing in house Tenders team)
- Working with colleagues from other product channels to maximise sales opportunities
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will portray the following –
- Experienced B2B sales professional with an established network
- Track record prospecting target markets and achieving Sales and Profit targets
- Ability to stand out from our competitors with passionate sales pitches tailored to our customers needs
- Strong financial acumen with ability to communicate at all levels, including C-Suite
- Degree in business or finance related field highly regarded.
