Service or work experience in mining industry is compulsory.

Position Overview:

We have designed this role based on the First Who, then What principle. The ideal candidate will embody our corporate values while demonstrating the professional qualities, competencies, and necessary qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a line of products (Product Manager).
  • Develop and manage a customer portfolio (Business Development Manager).

Professional Qualities:

  • Enjoys business development and client interaction.
  • Genuinely keen to assist others.
  • Avoids hard selling when its not appropriate.
  • Logical and precise in approach.
  • Takes responsibility for performance rather than blaming others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with SaaS operating systems.
  • Proven success in Business Development or Product Management.

Experience:

  • Experience in business development, consulting, or product management within sectors such as engineering services, consulting, drafting, testing, and project services related to the resources sector (e.g., mining).

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SaaS operating systems.
  • Proven track record in client studies and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Demonstrated capability in planning, execution, and management.
