We’re looking for can-do kitchen superstars (aka Commis Chef/Chef de Partie), ready to step up as the #legends in our munch times at Adina Apartment Hotel Darling Harbour.

You’ll redefine what it means to feel ‘chilled’ at the hotel’s new dining haunt (opening in July 2024) St Marks Road Co. Hailed as ‘the place to be’ w ith a seating capacity of up to 100 guests, our newest café will be located right in the heart of Darling Harbour – think stunning views and a constant buzz of activity.

No fear With you on the job, no one misses out. You’ll make it your mission to fuel every culinary fancy – from stand-out snacks to plating up deliciously wholesome mains.

What you will do:

• Prepare and cook all food orders including non-menu items as appropriate with a sense of urgency and top quality and presentation
• Liaise with F&B service team members
• Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards
• Organise their outlet and ensure it runs efficiently and productively
• Check all food is stored and handled in line with food hygiene regulations

• You have an optimistic and proactive attitude
• Australian recognised Chef Qualifications
• Currently hold the right to work in Australia with no limitations
