Growth Gurus is in search of a dynamic Social Video Producer to join our creative team. This role is crucial for developing engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling and a knack for producing compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, driving engagement and amplifying our brand presence online.

  • Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Video Production**: Conceptualize, film, and edit video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals. Handle all aspects of production from scripting to post-production editing and final delivery.
  • **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that leverages video to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
  • **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media video content, and adapt strategies to leverage viral trends, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
  • **Cross-Platform Optimization**: Optimize video content for different social media platforms, understanding the unique requirements and best practices for each.
  • **Engagement Monitoring**: Track the performance of video content across platforms, analyze engagement metrics, and use insights to refine future content.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and external influencers or partners to produce cohesive and high-quality visual content.
  • Qualifications:**
  • Proven experience in video production, particularly for social media platforms.
  • Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of the nuances of social media content creation and distribution.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and a pulse on current social media trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working remotely.
