Senior Technical Facilities Manager

Overview 

MCR are seeking a Senior Technical Facilities Manager to work on site at a large, purpose built mission critical data centre in Adelaide.

This is a role which requires you to combine your management, technical and commercial skills. Your role will encompass leading a team of technical facilities staff who are responsible for ensuring the uptime of all critical plant equipment. 

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified or equivalent trade in electrical, mechanical engineering or building services
  • Experience working with large industrial sized plant equipment such as generators, chillers, transformers, etc.
  • 5 years + Facilities site leadership experience managing technical staff
  • Data Centre experience highly preferred but will consider other critical environment facilities.
  • Ability to lead with strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of compliance tools such as ISO14001, ISO27001 and more
  • Australian citizenship is essential for security clearance
